Experience: I have had experience working as a mod and higher as I was vipadmin on a server called VenomousGaming, but that was a while ago. I also was an admin on a server called NS Gaming, it is still up but is super dead, and nobody gets on, not even the Owner. I was first a Community Manager on a server called MagicRP, but then they needed help so I stepped up as co-owner/developer, and helped make it a better server, also changed the name to Ethereal Gaming. The only reason it is no longer up is because the Owner did not have enough money to keep it running, as he lost his job, for a reason which is unknown. I was also a mod on a server called HighthroneRP, but the owner and the server just disappeared and nobody ever got on after that.
How long have you played gmod: On this account, I only have a total of 63 hours, but on my previous account "Willyboi" I had over 3000 hours. I stopped using that account because it was my brothers, but he never got on and I enjoyed playing steam way more than him. He recently started liking steam again and got on his, which then made me not want to share anymore, so I bought gmod (my favorite steam game) and here we are now. How long have you played on the server: I have only played on this server for 7 hours, now I know that is a very short amount of time, but I see so much potential in the server, and I just want to help make it a great server that everyone gets excited to join. I also know things like developing, etc, but truly I am fine with mod and just want to be able to help any way possible. So Trial Moderator is more than perfect.
Do you know the rules: Yes, I have read them over 2 whole times.
Have a mic: Yes, I do have a mic. I do not like using it sometimes, as in while I am typing this I am sick, but I will use my mic if need be or in a sit in game.
Why choose you (Be Detailed): I want to be a staff member, because I like to help people and like to punish the rule breaks. I also am very mature! New people are my biggest TARGET of help like if they don't know how to play DarkRP or even Gmod, I like sorting problems to the best of my ability and I just miss the whole helping everyone, sorting out NLR'S, RDM and so on! As I am on the server I see (a mod that will be unnamed) doing there job and just being helpful and him working his ass off! I think he needs someone who knows what they're doing and can help out and take the stress of him/or all staff in general, because it can be really stressful working as a staff member. I want to be that person people call upon and know I always work to help the community and make places a happy and fun place to be in! I didn't want to be staff just because of how stressful and demanding it can be but I really do miss helping everyone, and as I was being helped today I could see the server and (the mod) struggling with the requests and I thought to myself, I can help as I know what I'm doing and I love this server already and want to help it in anyway I can! Thank you for taking the time to read my application!
Scenarios:
1. Imagine you see someone else abusing their admin powers. What would you do?: At first I would record it, I would want to show the higher ups to get him demoted/banned. If it was complete abuse like random bans, etc I would ban him myself while recording it all happen, but if it were just phys gun abusing or noclipping while in RP job, etc. I would just observe and record, and possible tell them to stop abusing as it is bad and can make people want to leave, and it could get them banned/demoted.
2. You see someone mass RDM. What do you do?: I would take this person up to a roof and strip and jail them. After that I would ask why they did it. Depending on their response, would determine how long they are banned. As if they say "Everyone is fucking with me, and being rude, and I feel bullied, like this server doesnt care for its players." I would tell them they are going to get banned for like 3-5 days. BUT if the response would be something like "F*CK THIS SERVER, IT SUCKS D*CK, YOU ALL SUCK AND ARE N*GG*RS." I would ban even longer, depending on if you have rules for how long to ban but if not I would feel a week, if not 2 weeks ban.
3. You see someone RDM, then change their name, you lost them. what do you do?: If you dont have logs on your server (Which I 100% recommend) I would see what there job is and try and find that but if not I would (I always check peoples avatar in sits because I know this can happen.) find there avatar and ban them for maybe a couple hours to, 2 days. Depending on what else they are doing, (being a minge, etc). They would get banned for RDM, Changing names to avoid punisment, minge, and troll. Also maybe other things if they did other stuff, which would also make for a more than 2 days ban.
